Moving to Chicago and getting settled into our new routines and schedules didn't leave much time for creativity in the kitchen. We have been here for four months now, so I thought it was about time to get back into cooking for fun. I hope to share easy, fun and unique recipes on Wednesdays. Not always the main course, but anything I might come across that looks do-able for moms and dads on the go. Here's a super simple recipe for a brie appetizer my sister-in-law Melinda and I made on Thanksgiving. It looked so pretty and festive and only required three ingredients: a round of brie, crescent dough and whole berry cranberry sauce. Directions: Cut up the dough and place it in mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 for about 6 minutes. Meanwhile cut the brie into bite-size pieces. Once the dough is baked, place the cheese in the middle of each dough cup and bake for a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. Finally, top with cranberry sauce. This appetizer is sure to please a crowd! Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article. Post a Comment | Blog Photos![]() |
