Happy Groundhog Day? Not in this house!

Who knew a groundhog could cause such drama? The second Phil saw his darn shadow, the tears started flowing in our house. Julie was beside herself with anger, grief and pure humiliation at predicting incorrectly that Phil wouldn't see his shadow. "I'm going to be so sad and angry in school," Julie screamed with pure rage, her eyes welling with tears. She, then rattled off everything wrong with six more weeks of winter. Winter is too cold. Winter is boring. Sled riding is even boring. Wearing winter coats is boring There's nothing to do in the winter outside. Being inside all the time is...(you guessed it)...boring. "I'm not having six more weeks of winter. I'm just not," Julie insisted. "I only like spring because I like to play outside and plant flowers." That silly pointless rodent gave us a terrible start to the day.
