What's for dinner?

Here's a recipe for Souvlaki from my MOMS Club cookbook. A fellow member submitted the recipe.

Ingredients: one lemon, juiced, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, three cloves garlic, crushed, four pounds pork loin, cut into one-inch pieces, two medium yellow onions, cut into one-inch pieces, two green bell peppers, cut into one-inch pieces, skewers

In a large glass bowl, mix together lemon juice, oilive oil, soy sauce, oregano and garlic; add pork, onions and green peppers, and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for two to three hours.

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Thread pork, peppers and onions on skewers. Lightly oil grate. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning skewers frequently for even cooking. Serve with Tzatziki sauce.

Tzatziki sauce recipe: 

1/2 container of sour cream, 1/4 cucumber, shredded and drained, three cloves garlic, minced, one teaspoon dill, salt to taste.

Mix and let stand.
