How would you feel about not having Saturday mail delivery? I can't think it would be that bad of a thing. There's an Associated Press story on A1 today about the possible change necessitated by reduced paper communication.

Eclips, a salon in Altoona, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and the ad on A8 has a $5 coupon that can be redeemed toward a service there through the end of May.

Did you check out the latest Martin's in the area, which opened today? I see in the ad on A10 they double most coupons up to 99 cents!

The last time I flew from the Martinsburg airport I ate in the Kittyhawk Restaurant, since I got to the airport way too early. It was so relaxing to be in there and look outside while waiting for my plane to arrive. The Kittyhawk is this month's Behind the Plates feature on D1, written by Wendy Zook. The restaurant  has a number of signature dishes and is open to the public, not just those flying in and out of the airport.

Kate Gosselin will be on the next "Dancing with the Stars" season. (see the story on D3.) Another reason not to watch the show.
