![]() Stories of a Stay-at-Home MomWhat's for dinner?I have the absolute easiest recipe for you tonight. I made this last night and it was so simple to prepare and was really yummy. My husband Scott loves pork chops and I rarely make them, so this was a treat for him. I got this recipe for mustard pork chops from my go-to website: www.allrecipes.com. Ingredients: four pork chops, mustard, french fried onions (the kind you use on green bean casseroles.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops in a baking dish. Slather yellow deli mustard on top, then turn the chops over and do the same to the other side. Sprinkle the french fried onions on top of the pork chops. Bake about 40 minutes. I think I had the pork chops in the oven for about an hour and they were fine, but I think they would have been fine after 40 minutes too. With this, I served baked potates and a really nice spinach salad with strawberries, cashews and poppyseed dressing. I usually make that salad in the summer, but the strawberries surprisingly looked great at the grocery store.
